This tortilla is the ideal base for fresh homemade salsa, a perfectly cooked egg, and creamy Havarti cheese. Topped with avocado, sour cream or Greek yogurt for added protein, and a hint of your favorite hot sauce, each bite is both nourishing and indulgent. This recipe shows how quality ingredients can transform everyday meals into comforting delights.


Ingredients:

  • 1 flour tortilla (e.g., Oroweat® Keto Original Tortillas)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 slice Havarti cheese (or your favorite cheese)


Quick Salsa:

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped

  • Handful of cilantro, chopped

  • Juice from 1/2 lime or lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Toppings:

  • 1/4 avocado, sliced

  • Hot sauce (your favorite brand)

Instructions:
